Welcome back to a new school year!  As you may be aware, there have been several changes within the Office for Family Engagement and Advocacy (OFEA) structure.  There are now _____2____ District Family Advocates (DFAs) assigned to support District 31 families and school communities:

One of the keys to the school’s success will be your ongoing involvement with your school community.  Throughout the year, you will have opportunities to build relationships with your PA/PTA leadership and membership, and attend many events and professional development sessions sponsored by the Office for Family Engagement and Advocacy.

In addition, we are available to provide support, answer questions, help you access resources for parents and families, address and resolve issues you may encounter and provide support when those issues cannot be amicably resolved at the school level.  Please feel free to stop by our office located at 715 Ocean Terrace, Building A, Room 153 or call or email when you need our assistance.
