FEDERATION/DELEGATE  MEETING SCHEDULE

Sign-In and Refreshments 9:00–9:30 a.m.    All meetings will begin at 9:30 a.m. SHARP

Please arrive promptly!!!  so all meetings can begin on time.  Please make sure you sign-in at all meetings.  Any changes in date, time or place of meeting will be communicated through announcements, telephone relays and/or notification in the DELEGATE newsletter.  (Delegate newsletter – information from S.I. Federation of PTAs’ president and committees)  

FEDERATION EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETINGS:  Officers and the Executive Board Committee Chairs attend. (Executive Board meetings start at 10:00 am .)  

DELEGATE ASSEMBLIES:  Four  (4) delegates and two (2) alternates from each school attends.  All delegates should attend every Delegate Assembly.  Delegate Assembly Alternates are welcome but not required to attend if delegates are in attendance. 

No more than  FOUR (4) votes per school.  Please be advised that in order to qualify for Officer Elections in May and have voting  power in the elections you must attend at least 3 delegate meetings by March [please make sure you sign in at all meetings to verify attendance].

Updates and Reminders

Please remember to send the names, addresses, phone numbers and emails on any changes that occur in your elected PTA officers and school delegates.  Throughout the school year I am always updating changes with your PTA officers and school delegates.  If you need Delegate Forms or Committee Forms, you can contact me by email to Michele Ericksen Mishy102@aol.com

SI Federation of PTAs needs this information to make it feasible to contact all persons when needed.
